1 and group therapy using intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral protocols for skill acquisition and reduction. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Essential requirements include reliable transportation, physical ability to perform job duties like lifting up to 50lbs, and strong reliability, professionalism, and patience.
