Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Essential requirements include reliability, professionalism, patience, physical ability to perform job duties like lifting up to 50lbs, and strong attention to detail for precise instruction following.
