Direct Support Professional

The role involves providing direct care and support with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities also include supporting life skills development, community engagement, and completing necessary documentation.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license, though a high school diploma/G.e.d. Is preferred. Prior direct care experience is preferred, but the organization provides paid training for those new to the field who desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
