Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor

The lead instructor is responsible for teaching students all aspects of the phlebotomy technician scope of practice, including preparing them for a 72-Hour class followed by a 40-Hour externship. Duties also involve evaluating student progress and serving as a professional role model for the healthcare profession.

Candidates must possess a current cpt license and have documented on-The-Job experience in a clia lab for at least three years within the last five years. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of teaching experience, proficiency in all blood collection methods, and strong communication and critical thinking skills.
