Core responsibilities
The fft therapist provides intensive, community-Based counseling services to youth and their families by utilizing the functional family therapy (Fft) model. This position demands flexibility in scheduling to accommodate family availability, which may include early mornings, late evenings, and/Or weekends.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related human services field, along with the ability to meet all professional licensure and contract requirements. Essential requirements include flexibility for varied hours and the ability to travel, as well as fluency in both english and spanish.
