Direct Support Professional Front End (Night)-Entry Level

The overnight direct support professional is responsible for maintaining a safe, predictable, and therapeutic living environment for children in care by providing close supervision, counseling, and support during all cottage-Based activities. Key duties include enacting program schedules, implementing trauma-Sensitive care and tci techniques, ensuring basic needs are met, and documenting work clearly and timely.

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and the employer is willing to train the right candidate for this entry-Level position. Preferred qualifications include cpr/First aid certification and a valid driver's license held for at least three years.
