Direct Support Professional Back End (Night)-Entry Level

The overnight direct support professional is responsible for maintaining a safe, predictable, and therapeutic living environment for children, providing close supervision, counseling, and support during all cottage-Based activities. Key duties include ensuring resident safety, enacting program schedules, utilizing trauma-Sensitive care techniques, and documenting work clearly and timely.

Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and must be willing to train for the role, although cpr/First aid certification is preferred. A valid driver's license held for at least three years is a plus, and computer proficiency in microsoft office is required.
