Direct Support Professional Back End (Night)-Entry Level

The overnight direct support professional is responsible for maintaining a safe, predictable, and therapeutic living environment for children in care, providing close supervision, counseling, and support during all cottage-Based activities. Key duties include ensuring resident safety, enacting program schedules, utilizing trauma-Sensitive care techniques, and documenting work clearly and timely.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, and the role involves mandatory participation in therapeutic crisis intervention training, including physical restraint evaluation. A valid driver's license held for at least three years and computer proficiency are noted as advantageous.
