Direct Support Professional Back End (Night)-Entry Level

The overnight direct support professional is responsible for maintaining a safe, predictable, and therapeutic living environment for children, providing close supervision, counseling, and support during all cottage-Based activities. Key duties include ensuring resident safety, enacting program schedules, utilizing trauma-Sensitive care techniques, and documenting work clearly and timely.

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and the employer is willing to train the right candidate, though cpr/First aid certification is preferred. Candidates must be able to adhere to core values, be computer proficient, and must successfully complete mandatory therapeutic crisis intervention training, including physical restraint evaluation.
