Key duties involve implementing the ersea process, coordinating child health and wellness follow-Ups, and conducting home visits to support established family goals.
Requirements summary
A minimum requirement is a high school diploma, with a credential or certification in a related field required within 18 months of hire. Alternatively, an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, or a non-Related degree plus three years of relevant family work experience, is acceptable; bilingual english/Spanish is preferred.
