Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler guide will lead a mixed-Age toddler classroom within a montessori framework, preparing orderly environments that foster independence and exploration. Responsibilities include observing children, providing individualized lessons in practical life and language, building relationships with families, and collaborating with team members.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 0-3 in a group care setting and possess required early childhood education or child development credits, along with a bachelor's degree in ece or child development. Interest in pursuing fully sponsored montessori certification is also required.
