Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom (Infant, toddler, and children’s house ages 3–6) by observing children, preparing learning spaces, and assisting with individualized and small-Group learning activities. A primary focus is helping children build confidence while fostering warm, respectful relationships with children and families.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 3–6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. Interest in growing within the montessori approach is valued, although prior montessori experience is not required.
