High School Teacher

The high school literacy teacher acts as an instructor in a regular classroom setting, delivering designated subject area instruction while promoting a positive atmosphere to ensure maximum student motivation. This role also requires maintaining high classroom discipline, establishing strong student rapport, utilizing available curriculum resources, and managing student personnel files and daily attendance records.

Candidates must be certified to teach in the state where the center is located, although this requirement may be waived if certified teachers cannot be hired, provided the candidate pursues certification. A valid driver's license is preferred, and employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen and a nationwide criminal background check.
