Direct Support Professional

The role involves providing one-To-One direct support services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to maximize their independence, acting as a mentor and role model for socially acceptable interactions. Duties include implementing support plans, ensuring personal safety, and assisting with daily activities and challenges within their home and community.

Candidates must be willing to stay updated with all required training and certifications and actively participate in hands-On activities. A high school diploma or ged is preferred, and experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
